Precision Door came to my home to fix my garage door and I can’t tell you how wonderful they are. It all started from the moment I called their headquarters/Customer Service, Jennifer picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. She gave me the next available appt and was so pleasant on the phone. The morning of my service, I received an email and a text message with a full profile and picture of the person that would be arriving at my home along with a link to a GPS to track your the “profiled” person. When the time came, in walked my “profiled” person, and his name was Soner. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave me an estimated bill for the fix (with options) on the spot within mins. He estimated it would be about two hours. NOPE- even BETTER, it was about 1 hour. My garage door was fixed and purred like a kitchen. THANK YOU Precision Door of Westchester and most importantly, Soner for fixing my garage door so fast on a freezing cold day. I highly recommend Soner and Precision Door!!!

I was very pleased with Precision Overhead garage door service in every way. I was able to book online for an appointment the next day, at a time I chose. The service people arrived on time, and they were nice to deal with. They were professional, explained the problem and had my door working in about forty-five minutes.

We badly needed to have our garage door repaired or replaced. I called a different company and they took over 2 weeks to stop by for my "free" estimate. They then mailed me a bill for $108. I called a 2nd company and scheduled a time for an estimate. They never showed up. Twice. Then I called Precision Door Services. They set up my appointment immediately and followed up with texts and emails to confirm. Every person I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Competitive pricing and great communication. When the day came for our installation, Isaac called with 30 minutes notice and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.

Easy to arrange service call; email and phone call 20min before arriving; technician Carlos Ortiz was very knowledgeable regarding the issue and found an issue with fraying cable that I had not been aware of. Explained the process for making necessary correction; worked quickly and efficiently. Related in a very polite and friendly manner. If I have issues in the future will definitely ask for "Carlos"!

The technician, Julian, was excellent. He arrived within the time window...which as we all know is not a given in the service industry. This was a troubleshooting/fixing need following damage from a torsion spring break - more challenging than a start-from-scratch situation. Julian had things working quickly and then gave a full inspection of both of our garage doors to suggest what was in need of some sooner-than-later maintenance/replacements. All was done professionally, yet friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. On top of that, the price was absolutely fair. At the end of the day, we doubled our garage car capacity from 1 to 2! ;)

Highly recommend this company. Received an appointment within a day. Excellent communication, received confirmation texts re appointment from Ryan and a follow up call the next day. Jesse called to say he would promptly arrive in 15 minutes. Explained to Jesse my garage doors were 20 years old, garage openers worked intermittently, lights not working, keypad was non responsive, noisy & slow on opening. Jesse was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all my options, had all the issues fixed in 20 minutes. Absolute pleasure to deal with Jesse and this company. Just want to give Precision Garage a positive review for their service. Called last Saturday and they were able to get a technician out the next Saturday to replace our 10 year old Genie garage door openers (both fried after a power outage at the same time!). Luke was the tech that came out and he is excellent! Never tries to oversell and never rushes the inspection and explanation of what will be done. Fair price and excellent service. Wish more local businesses were this hassle free to work with.
