Easy to arrange service call; email and phone call 20min before arriving; technician Carlos Ortiz was very knowledgeable regarding the issue and found an issue with fraying cable that I had not been aware of. Explained the process for making necessary correction; worked quickly and efficiently. Related in a very polite and friendly manner. If I have issues in the future will definitely ask for "Carlos"!

The technician, Julian, was excellent. He arrived within the time window...which as we all know is not a given in the service industry. This was a troubleshooting/fixing need following damage from a torsion spring break - more challenging than a start-from-scratch situation. Julian had things working quickly and then gave a full inspection of both of our garage doors to suggest what was in need of some sooner-than-later maintenance/replacements. All was done professionally, yet friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. On top of that, the price was absolutely fair. At the end of the day, we doubled our garage car capacity from 1 to 2! ;)

Service is excellent. The rep, Carlos, communicates clearly and coordinates and maintains contact well. However, I was given a window of 8am - noon and he didn't arrive until 11:50am -- and then did not have have the necessary equipment to complete the job. He has to return next week.

I called early in the week after having difficulty with my Garage Door opener. Carlos arrived and immediately introduced him self in a very friendly way/ Carlos knew the solution and cleared up the problem. As the former National Sales Manager of a major US Company. I have to remark on Carlos and his approach to the job at hand. His knowledge of the technical aspects were apparent. He had a nice balance of discussing the problem and selling his company's services. Not pushy but was very courteous ( I am 91 years old) and made the conversation very comfortable. Doug, you have a good one with Carlos. lots of luck in the future.

My garage door wouldn't close because someone had back into it and deformed it enough so that one of the rollers came out of its track. Maybe I did that, myself. I had three options: 1. try to put the roller back into its track and push the deformed panel back into place. 2. buy a replacement panel; and 3 buy a whole new door. I opted for number 1, which proved to be entirely successful. It was also the lowest cost option. The servicemen were excellent and did a great job. I give them 100%, A+.

Our car was trapped in our garage. Precision was able to get us a same day appointment. Sonny called me when he was 30 min away even before the time I was told he would contact me. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. Sonny gave me a couple options and replaced parts that were past their life expectancy to hopefully prevent other future issues. While the repair cost more than I expected, I know it was done very well and backed up with a solid guarantee. I definitely recommend Precision for others with garage door issues.

I just want to say what a great job Soner Erol and his assistant (I forget his name) did on my garage door repair today. They were here on time, courteous and professional, knew exactly what needed to get done and completed the repair quickly. Excellent Company. The staff in the office is very professional and helpful in answering any questions. Mike Ganning who came to provide the estimate and helped to select the door for us did an excellent job. Showed many option and recommended to replace only the door not the motor as the motor is in good condition. Julian Zivan & team who came to do the installation were prompt and completed the project on time and cleaned up all debris after. Overall the performance of the company and the staff was excellent!!
