Precision Door came to my home to fix my garage door and I can’t tell you how wonderful they are. It all started from the moment I called their headquarters/Customer Service, Jennifer picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. She gave me the next available appt and was so pleasant on the phone. The morning of my service, I received an email and a text message with a full profile and picture of the person that would be arriving at my home along with a link to a GPS to track your the “profiled” person. When the time came, in walked my “profiled” person, and his name was Soner. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave me an estimated bill for the fix (with options) on the spot within mins. He estimated it would be about two hours. NOPE- even BETTER, it was about 1 hour. My garage door was fixed and purred like a kitchen. THANK YOU Precision Door of Westchester and most importantly, Soner for fixing my garage door so fast on a freezing cold day. I highly recommend Soner and Precision Door!!!

I somehow lost my comments, so if the other one actual got sent sorry for duplicate but I wanted to insure that you got my review. Right from the start of placing a service call to the completion of the job, I cannot find anything negative to say. Joey my service tech was a very warm and personable young man. He explained step by step what he did and what my options were. It was not a hard “sell” as most people try, and I appreciated that. It was really a no brainer to actually get a new system since my current one was on borrowed time. So actually I saved money by being proactive. I know how hard it is to find techs since we have an HVAC company and I surely would value Joey. He called a couple of times to keep me informed when he would be here and also offered to get me a cup of coffee! How sweet was that! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and presented himself very well. I thank you for your service and would not hesitate to refer your company in a heart beat!

The technician, Joey Resto, was excellent. He was warm, friendly and very professional. He explained everything: the problem we were having, why we were having it and alternate solutions. He worked conscentiously and cleaned up well afterwards. He took time to clearly explain the new garage opener mechanism, its features and operations. We were very pleased with the repair and replacement experience, Precision Door Service and the Technician, Joey. They and he made an unfortunate situation, a needed major repair, very acceptable.

The technician, Joey did a good job in analyzing the issues of our attached garage, adequately explained these to me and provided me with some options on how to resolve these taking into account my plans for the house, the cost, and improvements. Recently purchased a garage door from another vendor, within a short time I had to call them to come out twice to fix problems. Then called again and had to wait about a week before they would come out to do other work. I could not access my garage door( which I explained to them) I basically need to use everyday. I called vendor told them I was going with Precision garage door co. Good thing I did. Technician Michael Ganning came out, he was polite, courteous and showed me what needed to be done in terms of broken garage door springs, cable wiring, hinges, etc. He replaced all work in about 3 hrs. We bought garage doors from another vendor recently had have had problems with them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company we called on Precision to troubleshoot. Their technician Ricardo Clerigo was great he was on time and very knowledgeable. He came out and pointed out multiple errors in detail that he found and explained what should be the correct way of installation. We are going to attempt to get the original installer out here to correct the problems and if that fails we will be calling Precision (and requesting Ricardo) to fix the problems and possibly getting new garage doors from them. Needless to say we wish we would have gone with Precision Garage Door in the beginning. Keep up the good work Precision.
