When I called to make an appointment, the woman was so nice and actually followed up with phone calls letting me know the technician was running late on a job but was still coming. I so appreciated that! The technician (Julian Villamor) called to let me know he was on his way and thanked me for my patience. He arrived and was professional, happy, and gave advice on my other garage door that also needs work. I will DEFINATELY be calling back!

Carlos arrived early in the window and explained the problem (excessive use) and the solution which amounted to the replacement of worn major parts ie spring, cable, bearings etc. and restored functionality. Today I used the Precision Overhead Garage Service for the first time and was very pleased. Service Techinician Leonardo Rosado called to say he was coming to service my garage door about 30 minutes prior to his arrival as had been promised by your phone representative. He quickly analyzed the problem and clearly communicated to me what needed to be done in a very professional manner. When he discovered an additional part needed to be added to the job raising the price he clearly communicated this to me also. The garage door is now working again and I am very pleased with your service. Mr. Rosado exceeded my expectations and is an asset to your company.

While I appreciate you were open on Saturday and could schedule a service call on a Sunday, no one asked me when I scheduled the service call and I didn’t think to know that my doors are 9’ x 9’. I was informed on arrival that you don’t service doors more than 8’, so it turned out to be a waste of time and money. The service tech was kind enough to recommend a Liftmaster 893 Max to replace my current Liftmaster remote opener which is no longer working. He showed me one in his van, but apparently couldn’t or wouldn’t sell to me. So I’m ordering from Amazon.

Both if them were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and get things connected to the remote in the car as well as explain the operating parameters of the system. They are very customer focused. If I could do more than a 5 star I would. I needed a new motor and electronics and they got the job done.
