Really nice people, and probably the best communication I’ve experienced with any business. They arrived right in time, and they were honest about the work. Turns out the repair I thought was needed was resolved without extra charges (charged only for the visit). Will absolutely use again.

Possibly the most professional CO. I have ever dealt with. I called for help before 9AM on a Sunday and I spoke to a real person. They were able to help me the very next morning. The Mechanic and his vehicle were sharp. I was given a few options for the repair. The Mechanic did a fast, neat job. I was very happy with everything. Highly recommend!!

Technician was on time, courteous , and knowledgeable. Gave me options. Explained what was being done and why. I had both doors rebuilt with new springs, rollers, cones and cables. They needed it they were originals to the house of 23 years. Would recommend for simply repairs as well as rebuilds like mine. A+

Looked to repair a garage door cable that was broken, ended up with a complete replacement of the motor and assembly. Their response was great. While the technician did a great job installing the new system I was not looking to buy a new a new system, but only to fix the existing one. I felt pressured into agreeing to a new system since he indicated he could not repair my existing system, answering all my questions by finding fault with my existing system. Since I needed this resolved I acquiesced. The only negative side of my experience was that there seemed to be no repair option available - so I felt pressured into buying a new system.

Rick C. was the tech that fixed the problem. He was great, he took care of the issue i had with my garage door. Very good guy and worked very fast. He did a great job and he did it on a Sunday! Garage door spring broke on a Saturday and called Precision based on Angie’s List. Customer service representative was able to schedule an appointment for Sunday. Jared showed up on time on and inspected the garage door. Based on his recommendation and age of the garage door, we had the garage door rebuilt. Jared was professional and did a great job in replacing all necessary parts and ensured that all it worked perfectly. I definitely recommend Precision.

OK - just had a service call and the technician was helpful and knowledgeable and never once did I feel like I was being pressured into anything, etc.,. Ended up needing and ordering 2 new doors which will be done in a few weeks so will review that then but the service call and the technician deserve 5 stars (Rick Coleman)

I received an advertisement with a discount coupon. I called to get an estimate to compare prices with other garage door providers. I also checked on line comments of previous clients.
