As I was told, he called before coming within the time frame I was given. He was very courteous, informative, and obviously skilled in his diagnostic and repair work. He was very receptive to answering my questions. He is an asset to your company -- well trained, competent and attentive to customer satisfaction. His professionalism mirrors that of the management of your company. The diligence Precision pays to providing customers personal information about its technicians illustrates the company's attentiveness to the security needs of those who access its services.
