I had a broken garage door. Situation was urgent. Other company couldn’t fix it they didn’t even Try. Precision garage door came over (Aleksei and his partner). In 40 min they fixed my garage door without changing the panel. Fair pricing, outstanding job. Simple perfection! Thank you so much Precision garage door!

Well, lost the first one… Worked with Julian and Esdras Both: knew their work, explained everything clearly, were both professional, were both efficient, answered any questions I had (and I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can learn). Would definitely recommend both as the dynamic duo or each separately. Precision is lucky and fortunate to have them in its employ. NOTE: ‘new products purchased’ needs another choice: purchased new garage door system. This is our situation and there was no situation.

One of the best service technicians I've had at my house. Carlos Ortiz and his technician called and let me know when they will be arriving and let me know they had 1 customer ahead of me and called me as soon as they were finished to say they were on their way. They even asked me if I would like coffee from the deli. I've never had a service tech ask that. Their work was excellent. I had a spring that broke as well as old pulley, hinges and rollers that needed replaced. All parts were available on truck and work was completed within a few hours on a very hot day! I highly recommend Carlos and Precision Door!

So happy with the service. Our door refused to open, but we were just expecting to get the mechanism replaced so that it would operate as before. Instead we ended up with a an upgarded product - I had no idea that a garage door could actually open quietly. All the work was conducted professionally (Carlos was great), on a timely basis and with the price initally quoted being the price we actually paid.

Julian and Carl were on time , courteous and patiently thourough in answering any and all questions asked . Julian explained precisely just what was and wasn't needed to fix the situation. Overall the experience has been excellent with PGD and as in past service calls for whatever reason from first CSR phone call to the end of the service visit all was stellar and professional. Some little character got into our garage and decided to dine on the wiring for our door remote! I went online saw the good reviews for Precision Door Service, called and Leo the technician was here the following day! He addressed the problem but also accessed another issue with the door! We gave the go ahead and what a difference it made in it's operation! Bottom line, would highly recommend Precision Door and ask for Leo who services homes in Fairfield County!

Great service. Moderately upsold but frankly I needed it. Great technician (Sonny, who has a rescue dog) who could play the part of Alan Arkin as a young man. Serviced the other door and got both cars working both doors. Prompt. Clean. Polite. Hearty recco. Dirt dirt cheap, no, but good value in my view. Would use again but hopefully won't need to!

I had my garage door installed by Precision 5 years ago, and had a spring malfunction late in the evening this week. I appreciate that the call center is open 24/7, and that they were able to send out a repairman the next day. And, it was covered under the warranty. I highly recommend their company.

I was very pleased with Precision Overhead garage door service in every way. I was able to book online for an appointment the next day, at a time I chose. The service people arrived on time, and they were nice to deal with. They were professional, explained the problem and had my door working in about forty-five minutes.
