The repairman, Luke, arrived on time with a text and phone call alerting me when he would be arriving. The text included a photo so there would not be any confusion. Luke was polite, professional, efficient and explained the repair to me in detail. I am pleased with the result and grateful for the work he performed.

We had two new garage doors and openers installed and couldn’t be happier! Rick was very thorough and meticulous with his work. Our original doors were over 40 years old and very noisy....these doors and openers are extremely quiet. Yesterday the spring on my garage door snapped. Within less then 24 hours the repairs were completed by Chris. All new hardware was installed. Chris was kind and explained everything to me. I ended up getting both garage doors repaired. They are quiet and look brand new. Chris was able to complete the work efficiently and professionally and was very informative. I would definately use Precision in the near future. And all installation came with a 5 year warranty at no additional cost. Thank-you Chris garage doors run amazing Heidi
