We selected Precision doors because our garage door did not open and close properly and was shaky and squeaky when opening and closing. The technician was friendly and professional and knew what to do and gave us options to solve our issue that would fit our budget. Precision is our life-long company. Tech called on time and did a detailed inspection of the door and correctly IDed the problem: not a broken torsion spring (my diagnosis) but an old mechanical system needing replacement which he did in 13 degree weather in under 2 hrs!. I am very pleased and you should take great pride in your staff.

EXCELLENT on all counts!!! Appointment was scheduled quickly. Email and text updates are well designed and extremely informative. Our technician, Jared, called to let us know he was on his way. Jared was very polite and super competent. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door opener, installed the required circuit board and wall controller. After the install, the second garage door refused to cooperate! Jared again went into troubleshoot mode and solved the problem! We are very pleased with the customer service and the work performed. Jared even tweaked the alignment of the door rail. We will not hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door Service, should the need arise in the future!!!

Precision Door Service was excellent and my technician, Jared Wentzel was outstanding! He called to notify me of his arrival, he was on-time, he reviewed the situation and made the proper recommendations and he repaired my garage door very quickly and left my garage clean. I recommend getting their rebuild package with the 10yr warranty...for a little more money you receive a complete rebuild and years of protection. I highly recommend them - Nick in Middle Hope.....

I liked your quick response to setting up an appointment. Richard was on time and very professional. The service was quick and he took the time to answer all of my questions.We had to have a new system put in (motor).He cleaned up and tested to make sure it worked. It seemed a little pricey but you get what you pay for good quality service.
