On the recommendation of a neighbor who had used Precision, we had a new garage door opener installed recently. We got an appointment within days of our inquiry and the whole service itself only took a couple of hours. We loved that Precision sent us an email with both a photo and some information about our installer before our service. He was an absolute professional who explained carefully all the attributes of our new opener. Mike Ganning and Julian Zivan both represented the company well, their customer service was outstanding, they will keep you informed, no need for you to wonder and even have to call the company to follow-up, they will follow-up with you. Honestly, this is one company that does customer service right.

Precision installed a new Liftmaster garage door opener, belt drive, key pads and remotes. The technician was highly professional, friendly and took the time to patiently and clearly answer all our questions, explain all the new features and controls and make sure our WiFi setup worked. We are very satisfied customers.

Brian came the day after I placed the call for a broken door. Arrived on time and the communication before was great. Brian was really professional and friendly and talked me through the options available for the repair. Particularly appreciate the response and professionalism around the difficulties of Coronavirus etc. Will definitely use again if we plan any work on the garage door. Thanks.

I give Precision 5 stars from start to finish. I am a big fan of technology and Precision's use of it is great. Starting with the inquiry process on the web site a rep followed up to book a site visit the same day. On the Saturday of our appointment our family received an email and a text letting us know our sales rep Mike Ganning was on his way. He arrived on the dot (an A++ plus for punctuality). Mike was vital in helping my husband and I pick the right product. We were looking to purchase a wood grain and he gave us some great insights on which product would best fit our needs. He also does installs so he had a lot to say about that process - he did a really great job educating us as first time garage door buyers. He was patient with my many questions. On the day of the install, again we received text messages and emails letting us know that Rudy D and Julian Z were on their way. As a mom putting managing getting everyone out the door for the day it was amazing to know when our team was arriving. Julian and Rudy were on prompt, polite and professional. They gave me the rundown on the install upon arrival, finished exactly when they said they would (about 4 hours from start to finish on a set of double doors), left the place totally clean, and walked me through the instructions for the keypad and remotes (which are both super easy!). Two tiny notes. I wanted to visit the showroom in Mamaroneck prior to placing my final order. I didn't realize it was appointment only - it was super easy to make one, but I am glad I just didn't pop in. The only other way they could improve is sending you a text with your estimated install date. Not the biggest deal since I was able to get touch with Mike in a pinch, but it's the only tweak I would recommend. Bravo Precision - thank you!

One of our two garage door openers quit. On Saturday, I called a local company that I had used in the past and never received the courtesy of a return call. Our neighbor had used Precision and was very satisfied. I went on your website today, Sunday, and saw "Let's Chat." Someone responded immediately and, as a result, an appointment was made for a service call a few hours later. Michael was at our home at the appointment time. After seeing the situation and giving us an estimate for the work, which I thought was more than fair, he replaced our two openers and installed new rollers . . . all about 4 hours after the "Chat" on a Sunday morning. I am impressed. It was clear that Michael enjoys his work and completed it in a very professional manner. I could not be more pleased with the competency of your technician, Michael. It was also clear that he was concerned with safety during every step of the installation. Michael, thank you again.

Very prompt service. Ricardo showed up only two hours after my initial phone call to Precision, and he did a great job getting into my closed garage (it has no doors other than the broken closed garage door) and then diagnosing two problems, a buckling panel that I could see was also beginning to tear and, strangely, no electricity to the garage (and no switches flipped on the house circuit breaker). I ordered the panel and will need to get an electrician. The charge for the panel includes future labor for installation so I know the full cost ahead of time.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate two days later. Francisco, the technician, arrived on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he was only there to provide an estimate, he ended up having all of the parts in his truck needed to repair my garage door. He completed the job in less than an hour and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. Francisco was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely use Precision Door Services in the future when I am ready to replace my garage doors!

Ricardo Clergio came to evaluate my garage door today and advise me on what needed repair and give me a cost estimate. He was great, on-time, patient in his explanation, detailed and very thorough with different options that I could choose from and even better I could do same day service. Honestly, in recent years, we have not experienced such professional attention and service by anyone like we have this company. We called one day and on the following day, you filled our needs. We were given a 4 hr window and the technician arrived within the first half hour. We were so satisfied with our technician, Leo, that we called your office an hour after he was gone to tell the powers that be how impressive he was not only as a technician, but also as a person. He was the ultimate professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable. He answered every question to our satisfaction and gave us several options of ways to solve our problem, as well as several estimates to have us make an informed decision. He masterfully fixed the problems, tested everything, instructed us for proper use and kept a clean work area. Thank you for fixing our issues and we look forward to having you replace our actual garage doors in the next month or so. Garage door wasn't closing with the clicker or wall unit. Joshua did a full inspection, identified the issue and promptly resolved it. Very professional and efficient!
