We had our garage doors installed in February and had several issues with the new guy installing it. The noise was louder than our original doors and he had to come back twice. Fast forward to months later and one of the doors would keep opening when I tried to close it. I placed a call yesterday and was told someone would call me back to set up a service appointment. No one called me so I called back today. I played phone tag and got transferred to several people. One woman tried to play up the fact the sensor is super sensitive and I felt like we were being discouraged from having a tech come out. Thankfully Rick was sent today and fixed this issue. He was knowledgeable and spent time correcting the mistakes the installer made. One of the panels was crooked, the trim was being scraped because something wasn’t done during install and the track was very noisy. Rick fixed all of this. I’m happy with the tech but feel like it’s such a hassle to get through to anyone and have them care.

Your service technician Jessie came back today to replace the remote he removed yesterday from the front of the garage. He did it without complaint or lecture. I appreciate that. I don't appreciate your third-rate advertising jingle when put on hold. I don't need to hear over and over and over how I can trust Precision.

Looked to repair a garage door cable that was broken, ended up with a complete replacement of the motor and assembly. Their response was great. While the technician did a great job installing the new system I was not looking to buy a new a new system, but only to fix the existing one. I felt pressured into agreeing to a new system since he indicated he could not repair my existing system, answering all my questions by finding fault with my existing system. Since I needed this resolved I acquiesced. The only negative side of my experience was that there seemed to be no repair option available - so I felt pressured into buying a new system.
