The technician, Julian, was excellent. He arrived within the time window...which as we all know is not a given in the service industry. This was a troubleshooting/fixing need following damage from a torsion spring break - more challenging than a start-from-scratch situation. Julian had things working quickly and then gave a full inspection of both of our garage doors to suggest what was in need of some sooner-than-later maintenance/replacements. All was done professionally, yet friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. On top of that, the price was absolutely fair. At the end of the day, we doubled our garage car capacity from 1 to 2! ;)

Carlos did a great job ,extremely professional he looked over the doors before he started ,and pointed out the problem areas before doing a required inspection. That done he gave a detailed item cost. Very efficient and finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up when done. Would recommend him to all that needed work done.I was very happy.

I called early in the week after having difficulty with my Garage Door opener. Carlos arrived and immediately introduced him self in a very friendly way/ Carlos knew the solution and cleared up the problem. As the former National Sales Manager of a major US Company. I have to remark on Carlos and his approach to the job at hand. His knowledge of the technical aspects were apparent. He had a nice balance of discussing the problem and selling his company's services. Not pushy but was very courteous ( I am 91 years old) and made the conversation very comfortable. We don’t usually write reviews as everyone seems to request them for literally everything you purchase online and/or any/all services rendered but we were really so impressed by Julian our tech who was so great. Julian was very professional,personable,efficient and thorough. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented and knows his stuff. It is also so nice to see someone who seems to genuinely like and therefore excels at his work. Thanks for doing a great job replacing our garage door opener and bringing us (and our now quiet garage door) into the 21st century. We also appreciate the affordable rates for high quality work. Hire this company. Carlos the technician was excellent! He called before he arrived to tell me that he was on his way. Very polite and knowledgeable. Carlos assessed my garage issues and went over the cost for my approval. He was meticulous and now my doors work like new. He lived up to the company name -Precision. On Friday, a cable broke upon closing the garage door. I called Precision and Kelly was most helpful getting a technician scheduled as soon as possible. An appointment was scheduled for the next day Saturday. They kept me updated regarding when the technician would arrive. Carlos arrived and was very pleasant. He checked the operating system and told me that unfortunately a lot of the hardware was showing lots of wear and tear. Of course the estimate to fix everything was much higher than I expected (an unforeseen expense). He offered me a "senior" discount which I qualified and it brought down the cost. He replaced what was needed and then made sure I was satisfied. Very happy with the service and VERY pleased with Carlos. Just wished because I was a return customer that a "loyalty" discount could have been offered as well.

I have to say I’m very pleased with the work Leo did! My 3 year old garage wouldn’t go up after the bolts came out of the wall. I wasn’t happy about this, especially with my home being a new build. My neighbor gave me a couple mail flyers she had and Precision was one of them. I didn’t know what to expect or how much it would cost, so I called and asked for a quote. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He was very professional by showing up when he said he would and by letting me know what he was going to do. After the repair he showed me what he did to remedy the problem and that made me happy. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you!
