Jesse at Precision was great! He made it all look so simple and the process was efficient and the work product was excellent! The cable of my garage door broke (both sides) and I thought I would need to replace the door, but Jesse did an amazing job fixing everything. Precision will be my go-to guys for all things garage door. Couldn't be happier.

I have to write this review since I got such great service. I called up for an appointment and they had appointments available right away as of the week I called (in today's day and age this is not super common). The person on the phone that I spoke to, Hilal, was very courteous and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and was nothing but great. The technician I had, Luke Stachura, could not have been better. Answered any and all questions (and I had a lot), and took care of everything I needed done with the utmost efficiency and professionalism (while it was about 97 degrees out as well). For reference, the services I got performed were a garage door hardware rebuild (new springs, pulleys, and vinyl rollers installed that were much quieter) as well as two new garage door openers installed for both garages. The service was definitely not cheap, but did not feel overpriced for the work being performed and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Hilal and Luke (and precision of course)!

Jesse was professional, on time, helpful and completed the job in 45 minutes. There is also a 10 year warranty on parts he installed. Would definitely recommend to anyone with garage door issues.

I bought a package from Angie's list for garage door roller replacement/repair service. My home is new but we had some problem with the open/close of the garage doors. Travis from Precision garage door service came over. He identified the problem is with the sensors attached to the doors. He fixed the problem and also aligned the track for the garage doors for smooth roller movement. The doors are working fine now.

Rick was fantastic, friendly, professional and knowledgable. He made recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what my options were. Responded to call quickly. Showed up on time as stated. Door was fixed immediately and the procedure outline by Precision was followed exactly. The Technician (Jesse) was excellent , professional and thorough. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend you to others.
