Service is excellent. The rep, Carlos, communicates clearly and coordinates and maintains contact well. However, I was given a window of 8am - noon and he didn't arrive until 11:50am -- and then did not have have the necessary equipment to complete the job. He has to return next week.

After the need to schedule an additional installation appointment, the work was finalized and the results quite satisfactory. Regardless of the rescheduling issue, interactions with the Precision management, office staff and on-site service agents were always professional and personable. Precision's website gave me a feeling that it was a professional outfit. It showed that the company has seriousness to it, more meat than the meat-color. My door problems were diagnosed to be due to bad pulleys and rollers. While I accepted that but I rejected the sparse three month warranty on the installation. After discussion the company gave me the desired one year warranty. Jared was professional. Let's see how the work holds. I recommend that the company give at least one year warranty on all parts.

The technician arrived within one hour of me making the appointment! The service was excellent and efficient. If I have one small gripe, it would be that it's clear you use a telephone answering service used, which wasn't very knowledgable. Once I was put through to your company the operator was also not very familiar with the Angie's list promotion and I had to explain it a few times. That said, to have the service booked and completed on the same day is pretty amazing.

Your technician was knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. The door did not reverse direction when a 1" piece of wood was used across the floor track as suggested in the manual. He indicated that even if the door did not pass this test it was not defective. (?) I had the opportunity to show him how to program the remote to control the lights (following the manual)He showed how to operate the door manually in case of power failure and to program the code on the outdoor control. All in all it was a good visit.
