Over the years we have used Precision Garage Service twice. Once to install two new automatic systems and the other to fix a loose safety eye wire. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. So, having them come to do routine maintenance on the doors proved again to be an excellent experience. The technician Xavi R. called to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what work he would be performing. Xavi asked if we had any questions or issues he could address and then worked carefully and expeditiously. When he was finished he showed us exactly what he did and again asked of we had questions. Xavi was courteous, humorous and ensured he followed all the new Corona virus protocols. My highest compliments to Xavi and Precision Door for ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction remain their primary goals.

About 7 months ago we had major work performed on both garage doors by Precision. Our experience was outstanding. On Friday 7/20 one of the safety eye wires became disconnected. It was 5:45PM and we called the office. The office answered promptly and made sure we understood what we needed to do to lower the door in a safe manner. The service person told us Rick C. would arrive Saturday between 2 & 4PM & would call 30 minutes before arrival. Rick called as promised and arrived on time. He spent time explaining what needed to be adjusted and then completed the work to our satisfaction. Rick was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any and all work needed. Rick serves as an excellent example of Precision’s customer oriented philosophy.

Your service technician Jesse P came and I explained what I wanted done and it was no problem for him. He replaced the extension springs and insulation on door bottom and checked everything out to see things were in working order and explained everything as he went along. The whole experience from initial call to final completion of service exceeded our expectations. The technicians Jessie and Rick were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Jessie took his time and examined every mechanism. He then showed us the problem areas & patiently explained our options and costs. Upon completion of the work Jessie ensured everything was functioning properly to our satisfaction and that we understood all the options. The crew replaced both garage door motors, rollers, springs and associated smart controllers. Jessie made sure the work place was spotless before he left. Having the workers arrive in clean uniforms, prominently displayed name tags, a clean new looking van, while also being able to go online and see a picture & read a bio of your technician is a major plus.

Vince the garage door tech arrived promptly at the agreed time. Friendly and curtious. He explained to me the basic workings of the garage door and what needed to be replace. He gave me options on the service. After the work was done he showed me the new materials installed and tested the garage door. It works much smoother and works great!
