Alex and Carl were amazing - I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone experiencing any garage door issues. I wanted a quote & they were quick to provide an entire inspection of everything, not just the quote I was seeking. I'm not an easy sell & they were able to respectfully provide experienced feedback on my current situation. The prices were all reasonable & the needed parts were right in the truck, so a follow up appointment was not necessary. Very easy & professional. Price I was quoted to replace a broken spring was $500 plus. I told them No thanks that was ridiculous . He told Me the springs were $300 alone

Service is excellent. The rep, Carlos, communicates clearly and coordinates and maintains contact well. However, I was given a window of 8am - noon and he didn't arrive until 11:50am -- and then did not have have the necessary equipment to complete the job. He has to return next week.
