Highly recommend this company. Received an appointment within a day. Excellent communication, received confirmation texts re appointment from Ryan and a follow up call the next day. The technician was on time, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair our dislocated track because it had been attached to concrete, He explained that we needed a contractor with specialized tools to do repair properly. Because he was unable to repair he also said there would be no charge. I will definitely call again if future work is needed.

Our seven year old garage door (not a Precision door or installation) never really functioned correctly. When it was raised or lowered it sounded as if the entire thing might come crashing to the floor. More recently when lowered the door would rack in the track and seem to be sticking along as it closed. Our technician was Jesse. He is excellent. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He sized up the problem immediately, explained two options of repair to us (each with very fair pricing) and once we selected an option, he started work. Within an hour he was finished and the door works better than it ever has. Great work! We're very pleased with the entire experience with Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone. A high quality organization.

I had a protection agreement with Sears. They came out and the agreement covered next to nothing. Not only did they want to charge me an arm and a leg for the repair, but the parts that needed to be ordered would have taken three weeks to get. I called Precision.
