Leonardo Rosado is amazing. Our garage door broke down and he saved the day. Leo arrived a little early but called first to make sure it was ok - he explained everything to us and gave 2 options that would save us money in the long run. He is efficient, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We recommend him without hesitation.

Jesse was professional and did an excellent job installing a new motor, rollers and a WiFi door opener for our garage. He was able to explain the problem we had in great detail. He provided exceptional customer service and the job was completed in a timely matter. The company provides you with a picture of the technician who is coming to your home and I received a call from the technician to inform me what time he would arrive at my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if you can request a technician, ask for Jesse-he was amazing.

Carlos was excellent to work with. He did a through inspection, explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made his profession recommendation. He was extremely professional and personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Precision sent emails and texts reminding me of appointments and sending a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home. Very nice touch!

I had an emergency regarding my garage door later Friday afternoon . I called the company I had used in the past and they couldn’t come until Monday. Precision garage doors came out Saturday morning. Carlos arrived and was great. Took pictures and let me know what was going on. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and ability to work till the job got done!

My garage door opener was not functioning properly. My long term garage door service company had gone out of business. I did some quick on-line research and decided to call Precision. From my initial call, I was impressed! The phone representative was friendly and was able to book an appointment on a Saturday morning. Several confirming calls/texts were sent as well as information about the service technician. Our technician, Leo, also called when he was en-route and gave a very accurate arrival time. He asked me several questions about the opener, our experience with it and how I had maintained it. Since the unit was, as expected, operating properly when he arrived, he did have to do some investigative work and did determine the issue. Leo laid out my options and I concluded that replacing the unit was the best long term solution. I was impressed that Leo had the time and necessary supplies to change out the motor. He spent time with me explaining all the features of the unit and helped reprogram my cars as well. Leo was quite friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. During his visit, he received several calls from other Precision technicians asking him for advise on issues... I was pleased I had a very experienced technician. While I know I was "up-sold" and perhaps could have simply repaired my 10+ year old opener, it made sense to replace it know and I was impressed that we could get this done in one appointment. I will surely use Precision (and Leo) for any future garage door repair issues.

Great service. Our sensor eye was not working, and Precision sent someone within 24 hrs. Carlos was fantastic - knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. Had the system fixed, completed a service check, and helped me reprogram a remote.

Looked to repair a garage door cable that was broken, ended up with a complete replacement of the motor and assembly. Their response was great. While the technician did a great job installing the new system I was not looking to buy a new a new system, but only to fix the existing one. I felt pressured into agreeing to a new system since he indicated he could not repair my existing system, answering all my questions by finding fault with my existing system. Since I needed this resolved I acquiesced. The only negative side of my experience was that there seemed to be no repair option available - so I felt pressured into buying a new system.

Jared arrived on time as promised. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all questions. Although we called for preventative maintenance and to check the functioning of the garage doors, he pointed out several concerns. We ended up having pulleys replaced and a new motor installed. Everything works perfectly!
