I give Precision 5 stars from start to finish. I am a big fan of technology and Precision's use of it is great. Starting with the inquiry process on the web site a rep followed up to book a site visit the same day. On the Saturday of our appointment our family received an email and a text letting us know our sales rep Mike Ganning was on his way. He arrived on the dot (an A++ plus for punctuality). Mike was vital in helping my husband and I pick the right product. We were looking to purchase a wood grain and he gave us some great insights on which product would best fit our needs. He also does installs so he had a lot to say about that process - he did a really great job educating us as first time garage door buyers. He was patient with my many questions. On the day of the install, again we received text messages and emails letting us know that Rudy D and Julian Z were on their way. As a mom putting managing getting everyone out the door for the day it was amazing to know when our team was arriving. Julian and Rudy were on prompt, polite and professional. They gave me the rundown on the install upon arrival, finished exactly when they said they would (about 4 hours from start to finish on a set of double doors), left the place totally clean, and walked me through the instructions for the keypad and remotes (which are both super easy!). Two tiny notes. I wanted to visit the showroom in Mamaroneck prior to placing my final order. I didn't realize it was appointment only - it was super easy to make one, but I am glad I just didn't pop in. The only other way they could improve is sending you a text with your estimated install date. Not the biggest deal since I was able to get touch with Mike in a pinch, but it's the only tweak I would recommend. Bravo Precision - thank you!

I had Precision install a brand new door opener less than a year ago. The door was not closing with the remotes. When I called I got an appointment the next day (which was great). Michael came within the time frame I was scheduled and called first. He was VERY friendly professional and helpful. Solved my issue in less than twenty minutes and all is working good. Very pleased.

My garage door lock jammed on Sunday. I was able to get an appointment for a service call the next day. Mike was thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable. Precision, THANK YOU for sending Michael Ganning to me on 01/27/2018. What an awesome guy! I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life. He took the time to explain the components and the operation of the garage door to me, something the installer did not do. I was very satisfied with the service. THANK YOU! Five Stars for Michael.

Big Mike and Carlos (?) were on time and know their stuff. They are experts and worked very efficiently to get the job done. Both if them were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and get things connected to the remote in the car as well as explain the operating parameters of the system. They are very customer focused. If I could do more than a 5 star I would. I needed a new motor and electronics and they got the job done.

One of our two garage door openers quit. On Saturday, I called a local company that I had used in the past and never received the courtesy of a return call. Our neighbor had used Precision and was very satisfied. I went on your website today, Sunday, and saw "Let's Chat." Someone responded immediately and, as a result, an appointment was made for a service call a few hours later. Michael was at our home at the appointment time. After seeing the situation and giving us an estimate for the work, which I thought was more than fair, he replaced our two openers and installed new rollers . . . all about 4 hours after the "Chat" on a Sunday morning. I am impressed. It was clear that Michael enjoys his work and completed it in a very professional manner. I could not be more pleased with the competency of your technician, Michael. It was also clear that he was concerned with safety during every step of the installation. Michael, thank you again.

Recently purchased a garage door from another vendor, within a short time I had to call them to come out twice to fix problems. Then called again and had to wait about a week before they would come out to do other work. I could not access my garage door( which I explained to them) I basically need to use everyday. I called vendor told them I was going with Precision garage door co. Good thing I did. Technician Michael Ganning came out, he was polite, courteous and showed me what needed to be done in terms of broken garage door springs, cable wiring, hinges, etc. He replaced all work in about 3 hrs. Very disappointed in services of other vendor which used substandard equipment. GOOD WORK PRECISION. Pat Davis
