I am extremely satisfied with the service we received in the last two days from Precision. The spring on our garage door broke yesterday. It was fixed in 28 hours. The technician was terrific; the communication was terrific; the price was terrific. I want to extend my thanks to Mr. Demeo who was courteous and very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done. Quite frankly, after dealing with dozens of contractors, Precision was the best. The very best.

John Delpiu is a very experienced professional technician. He arrived on time and concise in his repair methods to both diagnose the problem and in detail fully explain what the issues are. He also provided me several options to choose from in order to properly fix them. This company from what I have seen prides itself on customer service. Highly recommend them for their professionalism; honestly and good old fashioned hard work.

While I appreciate you were open on Saturday and could schedule a service call on a Sunday, no one asked me when I scheduled the service call and I didn’t think to know that my doors are 9’ x 9’. I was informed on arrival that you don’t service doors more than 8’, so it turned out to be a waste of time and money. The service tech was kind enough to recommend a Liftmaster 893 Max to replace my current Liftmaster remote opener which is no longer working. He showed me one in his van, but apparently couldn’t or wouldn’t sell to me. So I’m ordering from Amazon.

I had an unexpected surprise this morning when I entered my garage to see a seriously hung garage door. Needing to get to work, I called Percision hoping I would get lucky. They were open early and handled my request quickly and efficiently. Our service Representative, Luke Stachura, was on time, professional, clean with his work and very accommodating and explained each step he took to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend your company and was very satisfied with the repairs and cost was very reasonable for the level of service received.

In order to be the BEST you need to team with the BEST. Jesse is the consummate Professional, Technically astute, sincere, honest, and very quickly demonstrated his direct communication and integrity. His helper today, John, was also outstanding, their backgrounds go back to high school days; they simply complimented each other. My Garage door spring broke, I asked for replacement and whatever should be done to repair the Garage doors to top condition. Jesse recommended spring replacement, safety cables, and replacement door hardware to allow for optimum performance; my opener was working fine, electrical fine, and chain track in good condition. I quickly had my work scope, estimate, and timing estimate which was twice as fast since I luckily had two very skilled Technicians. I signed the authorization, left them alone and when I decided to check on them, they advised thy were done ! WOW ! Outstanding and FAST. They were BOTH personable, friendly, very skilled and efficient. They had made all adjustments and the doors are rattle free and smooth, the quietest they have been in some time. Just a terrific customer experience. What brought me to Precision Garage Door Service in the 1st place were the QUALITY of the ads published in the Poughkeepsie Journal, I was impressed as they looked so Professional. I was intending to call them independent of the spring breaking, my good fortune for finding such a great Company. !!

Service appointment was scheduled quickly (1 day after i called). There was good communication + a tracking website for when the technician was going to arrive. The tech was very professional and had the garage door fixed in under an hour (replacing a broken spring + new cables)

My garage door spring broke. Called up Precision and got an appointment the next day. Luke from Precision showed up and inspected and gave us the proper recommendation for repair. Luke was equipped with all the parts to do the repair. I am very pleased with his performance and the job he did on my garage doors. With 24/7 service i called first thing on a Sunday morning and there was a technician at my home by noon. The technician Jesse was kind and curtious. He had my garage door fixed within an hour. I called Precision Doors because a spring broke on our Craftsman(Sears) garage door opener. Jesse came out the following morning (exactly when expected). He explained the issue(s) which wasn't just a broken spring (the previous owner apparently used WD40 on the rollers which is a no-no and the cables were not the correct safety cables). He was amazed that it had lasted this long without an issue. Jesse was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. He replaced all the old hardware/rollers/cables, etc. and the door opens/closes much smoother and quieter than it had been, not to mention how much more professional it looks now!! I would highly recommend Precision Doors and particularly Jesse!!
