The staff was exceptional...Ferdinand was courteous and knowledgeable, the customer representatives: Sarah, Jennifer and Nicole were very helpful and professional. I had 2 Doors installed this morning, Malik arrived on time and finished within 15 minutes of his estimated time of completion. Malik was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. When the installation was finished, he gave me a complete walk through of the operation of my new doors and he reconnected my existing door openers...I will be a Precision Door customer going forward..

I had an unexpected surprise this morning when I entered my garage to see a seriously hung garage door. Needing to get to work, I called Percision hoping I would get lucky. They were open early and handled my request quickly and efficiently. Our service Representative, Luke Stachura, was on time, professional, clean with his work and very accommodating and explained each step he took to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend your company and was very satisfied with the repairs and cost was very reasonable for the level of service received.

Quick response. 4 hour window for appt is never ideal, but Jessie called to let me know progress, which allowed me to do an errand while waiting. Knowledgeable and professional service. Explained issue and made recommendation, which we went with and because they carry equipment with them, it was replaced on the spot. New opener is light years better than the old one was!

I called Precision and they came out the same day. I've never had a call back on the same day from anyone so we were impressed. Jared checked and troubleshooted the system . Upon replacing parts it was determined that a new unit was needed. Jared worked on the unit into the evening to make sure we were satisfied We now have a new system and hope to have it for years to come. Jared was a real Pro. Thank You!
