Vince the garage door tech arrived promptly at the agreed time. Friendly and curtious. He explained to me the basic workings of the garage door and what needed to be replace. He gave me options on the service. After the work was done he showed me the new materials installed and tested the garage door. It works much smoother and works great!

I needed someone t look at my garage door opener. After a recent power failure my door opener did not work properly. The technician, Francisco Taveras, was extremely helpful. He was pleasant and very professional answering all of my questions and completely checked my door.

Precision Door easily scheduled my repair appointment over the phone. The garage door technician, Ricardo Clerigo, called prior to his arrival and showed up on time as scheduled. Ricardo was polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my garage door issues in short order and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He explained what was going to be fixed and he did an overall checkup on the entire door, motor etc. Half an hour after Ricardo arrived he was done and the door is now working great. I will definitely be a Percision door customer going forward. I hope all of the technicians are as efficient, knowledgeable and courteous as Ricardo Clerigo.

I was looking online for a company to fix our garage doors and came upon Precision. I liked all the positive reviews so thought I'd give them a try. We had 2 doors and each had its own problem. The guys arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. One door needed repair and the other needed a whole new opener. They did the job on the spot. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely use them in the future.
