Francisco Taveras was very nice, soft spoken and knowledgeable. Our garage door was frozen in the closed position with no other access door to the garage. He was very patient during a prolonged process trying to wedge different tools into the edge of the door and force it back on track. I was afraid he would need to cut a large hole in the door in order to get in the garage. His calm demeanor paid off and he eventually got the door open without cutting a hole in the door. He later told me it was one of his toughest jobs. He replaced all the rollers and did some reinforcement to our old wooden door. It's working fine now. Thank you Francisco.

Francisco did a great job inspecting the door and explaining the options to repair a broken cable on my old garage door. He not only did a quick and good repair, he lubricated the rollers, making door better than before the cable broke. He was fast too, and neat. I felt the charge for the work was reasonable.

Requested same day service, my left side spring and cables snapped. Leo R came on-time (actually called to see if earlier worked since ahead of schedule), assessed the situation and gave me an upfront quote. Mentioned what needed immediate repairs and what could wait. Went with a full replacement of springs, cables and rollers. Extremely nice guy, and quality work. Would definitely use Precision again if ever needed.

They said between a certain time and they were there, they assessed the situation with the beam and the brackets and resolved very quickly.
