Some little character got into our garage and decided to dine on the wiring for our door remote! I went online saw the good reviews for Precision Door Service, called and Leo the technician was here the following day! He addressed the problem but also accessed another issue with the door! We gave the go ahead and what a difference it made in it's operation! Bottom line, would highly recommend Precision Door and ask for Leo who services homes in Fairfield County!

I had my garage door installed by Precision 5 years ago, and had a spring malfunction late in the evening this week. Today I used the Precision Overhead Garage Service for the first time and was very pleased. Service Techinician Leonardo Rosado called to say he was coming to service my garage door about 30 minutes prior to his arrival as had been promised by your phone representative. He quickly analyzed the problem and clearly communicated to me what needed to be done in a very professional manner. When he discovered an additional part needed to be added to the job raising the price he clearly communicated this to me also. The garage door is now working again and I am very pleased with your service. Mr. Rosado exceeded my expectations and is an asset to your company.
