Today I used the Precision Overhead Garage Service for the first time and was very pleased. Service Techinician Leonardo Rosado called to say he was coming to service my garage door about 30 minutes prior to his arrival as had been promised by your phone representative. He quickly analyzed the problem and clearly communicated to me what needed to be done in a very professional manner. When he discovered an additional part needed to be added to the job raising the price he clearly communicated this to me also. The garage door is now working again and I am very pleased with your service. Mr. Rosado exceeded my expectations and is an asset to your company.
