Brian was the best! Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He (and one other helper, I can't recall his name) called 20 minutes before arriving and came at the beginning of our 3 hour window. He assessed the split in our (40 year old) wooden garage door and gave us options for repair and replacement. Another company the day before had insisted that the door needed to be replaced, but Precision was able to repair the crack by securing it with brackets, replacing the springs that were too dinky for our door weight and replacing the old rollers. They did the work on the spot and we saved thousands of dollars not having to replace the door, not to mention weeks of parking outside in the winter (with a young baby) while a new door was ordered. Seriously so profession and courteous. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Precision was professional from the moment we called after our garage door spring broke. The excellent service began with a team member answering our phone call on a Saturday. Then we received calls from Rick alerting us, first to his ETA, then another with more exact timing. Finally, Rick checked all the parts of the garage door and found everything to be in good working order other than the broken spring. He was courteous and professional. We recommend Precision and will use them again.

Vince D, the Service Supervisor, came to the house to do the estimate for a "new garage door and opener." He was not a salesman; he looked at the situation and gave us what WE needed. One of the first things he told us was that we didn't need the door (which two other companies had tried to sell us on). His repair/replacement of the existing door's hardware vs a new door saved us $800. He explained everything in great detail so we knew what we were buying and then spent all the time we needed after install to understand how the new door opener/remotes/keypads all operated. One of my top 3 best sales/installation experiences.
