7/19/21 Precision overhead had enough of an existing excellent reputation that choosing any other company would have been just foolish. Master technician Louis arrived as scheduled, assessed the necessary issues and began working immediately. My antiquated circa 1996 door opener was finally being replaced. Louis was highly knowledgeable and had my new door opener operational within an hour’s time. If you’re a customer who is considering shopping other companies just don’t…. You’ll waste your time. Precision is the final word. Ask for Louis.

The cable of my garage door broke (both sides) and I thought I would need to replace the door, but Jesse did an amazing job fixing everything. One of the best service technicians I've had at my house. Carlos Ortiz and his technician called and let me know when they will be arriving and let me know they had 1 customer ahead of me and called me as soon as they were finished to say they were on their way. They even asked me if I would like coffee from the deli. I've never had a service tech ask that. Their work was excellent. I had a spring that broke as well as old pulley, hinges and rollers that needed replaced. All parts were available on truck and work was completed within a few hours on a very hot day! I highly recommend Carlos and Precision Door!

I have to write this review since I got such great service. I called up for an appointment and they had appointments available right away as of the week I called (in today's day and age this is not super common). The person on the phone that I spoke to, Hilal, was very courteous and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and was nothing but great. The technician I had, Luke Stachura, could not have been better. Answered any and all questions (and I had a lot), and took care of everything I needed done with the utmost efficiency and professionalism (while it was about 97 degrees out as well). For reference, the services I got performed were a garage door hardware rebuild (new springs, pulleys, and vinyl rollers installed that were much quieter) as well as two new garage door openers installed for both garages. The service was definitely not cheap, but did not feel overpriced for the work being performed and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Hilal and Luke (and precision of course)!

We don’t usually write reviews as everyone seems to request them for literally everything you purchase online and/or any/all services rendered but we were really so impressed by Julian our tech who was so great. Julian was very professional,personable,efficient and thorough. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented and knows his stuff. It is also so nice to see someone who seems to genuinely like and therefore excels at his work. Thanks for doing a great job replacing our garage door opener and bringing us (and our now quiet garage door) into the 21st century. We also appreciate the affordable rates for high quality work. Best Experience I ever had with a company. Joey Resto was great. Called me in the morning and let me know the timeline (even offered to bring me coffee when he was on his way) Gave me three different options with different prices. He was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. Once I agreed to the one of the options the work was done immediately and job was completed in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company (especially Joey!)_

I had 2 Doors installed this morning, Malik arrived on time and finished within 15 minutes of his estimated time of completion. The technician was on time, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair our dislocated track because it had been attached to concrete, He explained that we needed a contractor with specialized tools to do repair properly. Because he was unable to repair he also said there would be no charge. I will definitely call again if future work is needed.
