I called early in the week after having difficulty with my Garage Door opener. Carlos arrived and immediately introduced him self in a very friendly way/ Carlos knew the solution and cleared up the problem. As the former National Sales Manager of a major US Company. I have to remark on Carlos and his approach to the job at hand. His knowledge of the technical aspects were apparent. He had a nice balance of discussing the problem and selling his company's services. Not pushy but was very courteous ( I am 91 years old) and made the conversation very comfortable. Doug, you have a good one with Carlos. lots of luck in the future.

Our service tech, Tino, was a true professional. He was thorough and very detail oriented in his explanation of the problem and how to fix it. He gave me options and no pressure. He also did fast, neat and effective work. My doors now work perfectly, and quietly again. Beyond the work, Tino was a pleasure to chat with. It's nice doing business with nice people. My garage door wouldn't close because someone had back into it and deformed it enough so that one of the rollers came out of its track. Maybe I did that, myself. I had three options: 1. try to put the roller back into its track and push the deformed panel back into place. 2. buy a replacement panel; and 3 buy a whole new door. I opted for number 1, which proved to be entirely successful. It was also the lowest cost option. The servicemen were excellent and did a great job. I give them 100%, A+.

Our car was trapped in our garage. Precision was able to get us a same day appointment. Sonny called me when he was 30 min away even before the time I was told he would contact me. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. Sonny gave me a couple options and replaced parts that were past their life expectancy to hopefully prevent other future issues. While the repair cost more than I expected, I know it was done very well and backed up with a solid guarantee. I definitely recommend Precision for others with garage door issues.

I just want to say what a great job Soner Erol and his assistant (I forget his name) did on my garage door repair today. They were here on time, courteous and professional, knew exactly what needed to get done and completed the repair quickly. These two workers should be commended for their knowledge of the garage door trade and their dedication to top-shelf customer service. Really good service workers are hard to come by, Soner and his assistant should be appropriately rewarded.

Mike Ganning who came to provide the estimate and helped to select the door for us did an excellent job. Showed many option and recommended to replace only the door not the motor as the motor is in good condition. Julian Zivan & team who came to do the installation were prompt and completed the project on time and cleaned up all debris after. Overall the performance of the company and the staff was excellent!! Well, lost the first one… Worked with Julian and Esdras Both: knew their work, explained everything clearly, were both professional, were both efficient, answered any questions I had (and I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can learn). Would definitely recommend both as the dynamic duo or each separately. Precision is lucky and fortunate to have them in its employ. NOTE: ‘new products purchased’ needs another choice: purchased new garage door system. This is our situation and there was no situation.
