OK - just had a service call and the technician was helpful and knowledgeable and never once did I feel like I was being pressured into anything, etc.,. Ended up needing and ordering 2 new doors which will be done in a few weeks so will review that then but the service call and the technician deserve 5 stars (Rick Coleman)

On May22,2017 I had a new garage door installed my installers were Dave and Miles. They did a great job. While they installed the door I asked questons they answered them all. The worked efficently . They were very nice and friendly. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone.

Broken springs were replaced today. I am pleased with the service your company provided, from scheduling the appointment by Amber to prompt next-day service by technician Rick C. As I was told, he called before coming within the time frame I was given. He was very courteous, informative, and obviously skilled in his diagnostic and repair work. He was very receptive to answering my questions. He is an asset to your company -- well trained, competent and attentive to customer satisfaction. His professionalism mirrors that of the management of your company. The diligence Precision pays to providing customers personal information about its technicians illustrates the company's attentiveness to the security needs of those who access its services. I would be pleased to recommend Precision to others.

We bought garage doors from another vendor recently had have had problems with them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company we called on Precision to troubleshoot. Their technician Ricardo Clerigo was great he was on time and very knowledgeable. He came out and pointed out multiple errors in detail that he found and explained what should be the correct way of installation. We are going to attempt to get the original installer out here to correct the problems and if that fails we will be calling Precision (and requesting Ricardo) to fix the problems and possibly getting new garage doors from them. Needless to say we wish we would have gone with Precision Garage Door in the beginning. Keep up the good work Precision.

Had the same 5-star service other people have experienced, which is why I selected Precision and am writing this review. Called late morning and was able to get same day service. Brian did the repairs, calling well ahead of the scheduled time to let me know a more exact arrival time than the original 4-hour window—then called again about 25 mins before to confirm. He did a thorough review, quoted the options, then immediately performed the repair as well as lubed/tightened/etc. Prices about what you would expect but really great service, happy to recommend.

Your technician Marc Mackenzie was punctual, very polite, and did an excellent job installing two belt drive garage doors openers in our brand new home. He is an asset to your company and these garage door openers are too quiet to be true. We had our garage door repaired by Francisco. He was very professional, helpful, and polite. It only took him a half hour to fix what was broken and he did a great job! It's working perfectly now, and is even quieter than before. Thank you for your service. We would definitely recommend you to others. :)
