Leo Rosado just finished at our house. Our issue was hard to reproduce but he performed many diagnostics and explained to me everything he was looking for. He recommended several possible fixes for our problem and then left the decision up to me. He replaced a few components and it now seems as though things are working fine.

Crew arrived right on time and was ready to go even before I was. Despite the high temperatures that day, they worked non stop to complete the installation right in the middle of the day. Even left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. Very impressive.

Very prompt service. Ricardo showed up only two hours after my initial phone call to Precision, and he did a great job getting into my closed garage (it has no doors other than the broken closed garage door) and then diagnosing two problems, a buckling panel that I could see was also beginning to tear and, strangely, no electricity to the garage (and no switches flipped on the house circuit breaker). I ordered the panel and will need to get an electrician. The charge for the panel includes future labor for installation so I know the full cost ahead of time.

I called Precision Door because they promised same day service. Unfortunately, they were completely booked. However, because they could not come the same day, they did not charge me for the service call as stated on their website. Imagine that, a business that actually keeps its promise. Rick, the service technician could not have been more courteous or professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair, explaining what he was doing the entire time. In addition to the repair, he performed some preventive maintainance and now my garage door works as good as new. I will call Precision Door for any work that needs to be done on my garage door in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Leo did a great job and was not trying to sell us anything that wasn't needed. He was totally honest about what we needed and even did some other maintenance. I would be happy to have him back in the future.
