We are so pleased with Precision. Their prices were fair and their wasn't any wait time. The tech came, evaluated and serviced the job all in one visit. Travis was our service technician and not only was he prompt but he was honest and professional. He explained all our options and he never pressured us to go in any one direction. Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done

This was 5* service. Rick's professionalism was beyond expectations. We returned from vacation to find our old garage door wouldn't open to let our car out. He was here in a couple of hours and replaced the system on the spot. We were so impressed we called him back to replace the garage door. A needed the garage door opener repaired. I called another company who was too busy to do the work. I called Precision, the lady that answered the phone was very interested that I get my door working again and scheduled a technician for the next morning. The tech showed me the problem, gave me the price, did the work and was most coutrteous and helpful. Great experience.

Travis called me first thing in toe morning on the day he was coming for service and gave me an estimated time he would arrive at my house, he then called again to confirm his time and was on time. He was very professional. explained what was wrong with my system and what he was going to do to fix it. I felt that he respected my time and intelligence by explaining the problem and solution and what I can do from having the problem happen again. I have never used Precision Door Service before , But I would definitely recommend them...very professional.
