Excellent service! The technician Leo Rosado was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave a thorough inspection of the door and opener and then explained exactly what was causing the issues I was having as well as the recommended solution. Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty. It was a pleasure meeting Leo who represents your company well, and did a great job explaining the transition to new products. Thanks!

I first contacted your company about two years ago and was impressed with your service. When a problem arose this morning, Saturday, I phoned but was afraid you would be closed. Not so. A very polite, efficient and friendly voice answered the phone and promptly dispatched a technician, Travis. Travis assessed the situation, we discussed purchasing a new door -- no pressure, no hard sell, just facts and good advice. We are now waiting for our new door! The installation of the new Wayne Dalton Model 8700 vinyl garage door was completed in a very professional manner. The two-man installation crew headed by Reinaldo P. was directed by Brian S., the supervisor at the Mamaroneck, NY shop. This was due to the need for a large radius track to clear the outward opening door from the house to the garage. Brian S. also went beyond the call of duty to reinstall the magnetic switch for the garage open indicator light in the house and to make sure it was working well. Due to clearance requirements, a 6'-9" high door was required, rather than the standard 7'-0" high door. This shorter door required an additional piece of trim at the top of the door opening. My wife loves the appearance of the new vinyl door and I like the durability and ease of maintenance. For us, the vinyl door is worth the additional cost.

The technician came on schedule and did a very good job of figuring out why our garage door was occasionally sticking and jamming. He fixed the problem (worn out parts in the cables, pulleys, and springs) after first giving me a decent range of three estimates for repairs: cheap, medium, and expensive with warrantees to match. I felt like I was in good hands, especially after calling another vendor a few weeks before who couldn't find the problem and basically tried to sell me an entirely new door.

Needed service and saw your website after. Google search. Chose to call you for your claim 24/7 within 4 hrs guaranteed. After calling, your customer service person claimed there wouldn't be anyone available till Monday. I was disappointed and ticked off after my interpretation of your web site. I thought it was really misleading. However your customer rep put me on hold and was able to fined one of your technicians Leo to come out by 3:30. I was happy at the reply. Turns out my out let has broken where door opener is plugged in. Leo helped me get things set up till I have an electrician repair the outlet. I'll be reaching out to your company in the future when I need service or new equipment. Thanks Steve Seager

I found Precision Door Service through the Value Pak mailer. Leo arrived on time, competently evaluated my problem and reviewed my service options. He performed the service efficiently and professionally. I appreciated how he answered all my questions, even ones about future services. Staff and technician were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called late afternoon day one and day two the door was fixed. When I replace my garage door openers within the next year, Precision will be doing the job.
