What a great service! It was 4 degrees out and Jesse arrived when expected even though it was a cold Saturday morning. The work needed was explained to me before starting, I was told how much the work would cost and he set to work! The door now works beautifully and I can get my car out! I would have no problem referring Precision Door Service to anyone! Thank you!

We had two new garage doors and openers installed and couldn’t be happier! Rick was very thorough and meticulous with his work. Our original doors were over 40 years old and very noisy....these doors and openers are extremely quiet. Definitely worth the investment and would highly recommend Precision Doors of the Hudson Valley!

My two garage doors were years out of service and non-operational. Broken springs, cables, pulleys and rusted rollers I needed them replaced or possibly rebuilt, and to have garage door openers installed. The office staff was very accommodating when it came to making an appointment, and their technician, Jared W. called ahead of time to confirm and came when he said he would. He was very polite and informed, and advised me of what was needed and what wasn't. I agreed with his assessment and he and another technician who joined him completed the upgrade and installed the two openers in freezing cold (single digit) temperatures. From two aged non-functioning doors to two that work perfectly! Smooth, quiet and confidence inspiring. Thank you Jared for a great job! I couldn't be happier.

The whole experience from initial call to final completion of service exceeded our expectations. The technicians Jessie and Rick were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Jessie took his time and examined every mechanism. He then showed us the problem areas & patiently explained our options and costs. Upon completion of the work Jessie ensured everything was functioning properly to our satisfaction and that we understood all the options. The crew replaced both garage door motors, rollers, springs and associated smart controllers. Jessie made sure the work place was spotless before he left. Having the workers arrive in clean uniforms, prominently displayed name tags, a clean new looking van, while also being able to go online and see a picture & read a bio of your technician is a major plus.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Rick Coleman this morning when he came to our home in Washingtonville, NY to assess the repairs that might be able to be done to the broken spring on one of our garage doors. Rick took the time to explain everything to me as he reviewed the situation, and then make recommendations on how our problem could be remedied. He also was very gracious about letting me call my husband and then getting on the phone and talking to him so i did not have to relay all of the information he shared. Thanks to Rick’s honesty, professionalism and consultative discussions with us both, we are looking forward to having two new garage doors installed in January. Thank you so much Rick!

We choose Precision due to their online reputation, which they live up to. We rate them a 5 out of 5. Technician Brian B replaced our broken springs and pulleys and got the door working well again, and then also replaced the door opener when it unexpectedly failed. All was done correctly, professionally, and quickly. Their pricing is fair and market-comparable. We would definitely use them again, and strongly recommend the company overall and Brian specifically.

I liked your quick response to setting up an appointment. Richard was on time and very professional. The service was quick and he took the time to answer all of my questions.We had to have a new system put in (motor).He cleaned up and tested to make sure it worked. It seemed a little pricey but you get what you pay for good quality service.

Very informative website, competitive pricing. Greg, Julian and Leonardo did a great job with the door and opener installation. 5 star rating. The only issue was two cancelled installation dates by Precision Door before the job was done, somewhat inconvenient, but they discounted the total cost slightly and the opener was not on the truck with the door, leading to a return visit to install it. A 3 Star rating for the office/organizational side of things. All said I would recommend Precision Door to other people.

Jason and Dave repaired my garage door and installed a new opener and a key pad. They showed up on time and did the work quickly and cleanly. I was extremely happy with the service and would recommend the company without reservation.
