Roberto Clerigo was the technician. He phoned to tell me he would be a bit late. Showed up as promised. He was polite, diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Also helped out on a broken wireless opener which he replaced. Good job.

Ricardo M. Clerigo was my technician and I thought he did a great job. He was extremely professional, informative, friendly and qualified. He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my garage door and fixed the issue without delay. He also did a quick maintenance check which gave me comfort that the door will continue to work in the future.

I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept “bankers hours” and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door. We agreed upon a repair and my problem was fixed. I was very happy with my outcome, and will call Percussion Door in the future if the need arises.

We needed an emergency repair on our garage door. The office staff was very polite and efficient and promised to get a technician to us by the end of the day. Despite very bad weather, Travis arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions, and did not leave until he was certain that not only the repair was done to full satisfaction, but that the entire system was working well. We were very pleased with the experience and will definitely recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate two days later. Francisco, the technician, arrived on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he was only there to provide an estimate, he ended up having all of the parts in his truck needed to repair my garage door. He completed the job in less than an hour and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. Francisco was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely use Precision Door Services in the future when I am ready to replace my garage doors!

Ricardo Clergio came to evaluate my garage door today and advise me on what needed repair and give me a cost estimate. He was great, on-time, patient in his explanation, detailed and very thorough with different options that I could choose from and even better I could do same day service. I was impressed with him and felt very confident with Ricardo. Everything was done in less than in the time frame Ricardo told me. I highly recommend Ricardo...he is very professional, knowledgable and recommend his company with a great deal of value. I gave Precision and Ricardo a 5 star rating!

Precision Door Service is the best service I have found. They have maintained and repaired my over-sized and very heavy wooden double garage door for 2 years now. hello Vincent... I'm not quite sure what warrants the comment "Thieves"? You had requested to have a motor replaced. Our technician came to your residence on 10/14 and determined that your garage is to far from the house and would not pick up the gateway signal. And to quote your feedback on 10/14, "Your tech was honest and told me what I wanted would not work!" We have a $69 service fee to come out to a residence, of which you were charged. On 10/15 I left a message with you advising that we were unable to perform service (but just able to give some HONEST advice) and would be refunding you the $69 service fee!! Honestly, in recent years, we have not experienced such professional attention and service by anyone like we have this company. We called one day and on the following day, you filled our needs. We were given a 4 hr window and the technician arrived within the first half hour. We were so satisfied with our technician, Leo, that we called your office an hour after he was gone to tell the powers that be how impressive he was not only as a technician, but also as a person. He was the ultimate professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable. He answered every question to our satisfaction and gave us several options of ways to solve our problem, as well as several estimates to have us make an informed decision. He masterfully fixed the problems, tested everything, instructed us for proper use and kept a clean work area. Thank you for fixing our issues and we look forward to having you replace our actual garage doors in the next month or so. I saw a YouTube bit on repairing garage door openers which I found helpful. My problem was more involved. The tech came on time and attempted a repair but my opener was old and not repairable.
