On the recommendation of a neighbor who had used Precision, we had a new garage door opener installed recently. We got an appointment within days of our inquiry and the whole service itself only took a couple of hours. We loved that Precision sent us an email with both a photo and some information about our installer before our service. He was an absolute professional who explained carefully all the attributes of our new opener. We could not be happier with our new, much quieter and updated garage door opener and would heartily recommend Precision.

You will know everything you need to know about the company and your service representatives and technicians even before they arrive. These professionals will take all the time you need to explain and fix your garage door issues. Mike Ganning and Julian Zivan both represented the company well, their customer service was outstanding, they will keep you informed, no need for you to wonder and even have to call the company to follow-up, they will follow-up with you. Honestly, this is one company that does customer service right.

Possibly the most professional CO. I have ever dealt with. I called for help before 9AM on a Sunday and I spoke to a real person. They were able to help me the very next morning. The Mechanic and his vehicle were sharp. I was given a few options for the repair. The Mechanic did a fast, neat job. I was very happy with everything. Highly recommend!!

Very nice service person. Fixed our garage door opener and took rider for new garage door. The only downside is that we may have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for new door.

Precision Doors delivers a superior product with outstanding install. The technicians are all knowledgeable, professional, and selected for their talents in customer interactions. All questions were answered completely and to our satisfaction, and the craftmanship exceeded our expectations. Our installation technician, Anthony, even adjusted our existing garage door openers to mate perfectly with the new doors. He was extremely disciplined in his COVID-19 protocol adherence, wearing his mask the entire time of the visit, even when outdoors while working on the exterior of the garage doors with no else around. Highly recommend this company!
