I am very impressed with this company. They are professional at every level. From the initial contact with arranging an appointment to the communications via text/e-mail confirming the appointment and then notifying you who is coming with their picture when they are on the way. They went above and beyond in letting us know that the technician was running late and when he came after the 4 hour window, they even called to let us know that the service call would not be charged. Our technician was Jared Wentzel who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest when describing what needed to be done and did a great job redoing the springs/cables on our single garage door. I would not hesitate to use this company again if the situation required their services.

The technician Sonny was very friendly and professional. He explains all of options available to us. His demeaner was calm and relax which made my wife and I feel no pressure to buy. To bad he is not an installer to come back and do the installation. Very nice person!

Jesse had shown up on the date and time scheduled. Very cordial and friendly. He went over everything needed to have my two garage doors replaced. Over the years we have used Precision Garage Service twice. Once to install two new automatic systems and the other to fix a loose safety eye wire. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. So, having them come to do routine maintenance on the doors proved again to be an excellent experience. The technician Xavi R. called to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what work he would be performing. Xavi asked if we had any questions or issues he could address and then worked carefully and expeditiously. When he was finished he showed us exactly what he did and again asked of we had questions. Xavi was courteous, humorous and ensured he followed all the new Corona virus protocols. My highest compliments to Xavi and Precision Door for ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction remain their primary goals.

They needed it they were originals to the house of 23 years. Would recommend for simply repairs as well as rebuilds like mine. A+

Great service. Moderately upsold but frankly I needed it. Great technician (Sonny, who has a rescue dog) who could play the part of Alan Arkin as a young man. Serviced the other door and got both cars working both doors. Prompt. Clean. Polite. Hearty recco. Dirt dirt cheap, no, but good value in my view. Would use again but hopefully won't need to!
