My garage door lock jammed on Sunday. I was able to get an appointment for a service call the next day. Mike was thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and explained the solution. He replaced the lock very quickly. I am delighted with his work and so happy to get my car out of the locked garage!

Jared arrived to see our garage door right on time, and even called ahead to let me know he was coming and when. When I told him I would like a new door and motor, too, he brought out some flyers and explained exactly what was involved from soup to nuts! He was very helpful, and of course, being concerned with how much it would all cost, he was very specific and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even the most simple ones that I felt that I should know! But being new to all this, I very much appreciated his knowledge and experience. He measured everything and told me exactly what it would cost, and gave me a rough idea when the company could start. He was considerate and polite, too. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing, and have faith that the whole procedure will go as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much. I am very much looking forward to getting it done!

What a great find! Our garage door came unhinged from the rails, and it was a matter of time before this 18' door collapsed on my car. Jesse P. was sent over to save the day! He was very professional, explained to me the situation and gave me the amount of what it would cost to fix it. In addition, he suggested I change the rails on the entire garage door if I wanted to eliminate the noise. He wasn't kidding, my garage door for the past decade always sounded like Jacob Marley's chains in Charles Dicken's, A Christmas Carol. I always thought that noise was normal. Boy was I wrong! Ha! Now, my husband can come in through the garage and not wake up my 19 month old since the garage door is so silent. He upgraded me to a lift master that I can operate from my vehicle and I feel like I am up to date with the tech society. Thank you Jesse and thank you Precision for giving us such excellent service.

I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life.
