I called early in the week after having difficulty with my Garage Door opener. Carlos arrived and immediately introduced him self in a very friendly way/ Carlos knew the solution and cleared up the problem. As the former National Sales Manager of a major US Company. I have to remark on Carlos and his approach to the job at hand. His knowledge of the technical aspects were apparent. He had a nice balance of discussing the problem and selling his company's services. Not pushy but was very courteous ( I am 91 years old) and made the conversation very comfortable.
