Our service guy arrived within an hour and was great! He got our car out and gave a quote for a full repair and also mentioned available coupons to use for the repair. They seem to take their covid precautions seriously. We would definitely call again with any garage issues!

Julian and Carl were on time , courteous and patiently thourough in answering any and all questions asked . Julian explained precisely just what was and wasn't needed to fix the situation. Overall the experience has been excellent with PGD and as in past service calls for whatever reason from first CSR phone call to the end of the service visit all was stellar and professional. Hire this company. Carlos the technician was excellent! He called before he arrived to tell me that he was on his way. Very polite and knowledgeable. Carlos assessed my garage issues and went over the cost for my approval. He was meticulous and now my doors work like new. He lived up to the company name -Precision. When I called to make an appointment, the woman was so nice and actually followed up with phone calls letting me know the technician was running late on a job but was still coming. I so appreciated that! The technician (Julian Villamor) called to let me know he was on his way and thanked me for my patience. He arrived and was professional, happy, and gave advice on my other garage door that also needs work. I will DEFINATELY be calling back!

On Friday, a cable broke upon closing the garage door. I called Precision and Kelly was most helpful getting a technician scheduled as soon as possible. An appointment was scheduled for the next day Saturday. They kept me updated regarding when the technician would arrive. Carlos arrived and was very pleasant. He checked the operating system and told me that unfortunately a lot of the hardware was showing lots of wear and tear. Of course the estimate to fix everything was much higher than I expected (an unforeseen expense). He offered me a "senior" discount which I qualified and it brought down the cost. He replaced what was needed and then made sure I was satisfied. Very happy with the service and VERY pleased with Carlos. Just wished because I was a return customer that a "loyalty" discount could have been offered as well.

Was able to arrange same day service. Carlos arrived early in the window and explained the problem (excessive use) and the solution which amounted to the replacement of worn major parts ie spring, cable, bearings etc. and restored functionality. Thoroughly impressed. Would highly recommend if given the opportunity.

Luke Stachura and helper Chris did a fantastic job today! Not only did they arrive early (basically unheard-of these days), but they were attentive and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few!) and walked through my options in a non-pressured way. I am also super impressed with Precision’s services that were “ancillary” to today’s visit—prompt, frequent, informative texts confirming my appointment and tracking technician arrival time, and quick connection to a human being when I called (just yesterday!) to make an appointment.
