Well, lost the first one… Worked with Julian and Esdras Both: knew their work, explained everything clearly, were both professional, were both efficient, answered any questions I had (and I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can learn). Would definitely recommend both as the dynamic duo or each separately. Precision is lucky and fortunate to have them in its employ. NOTE: ‘new products purchased’ needs another choice: purchased new garage door system. This is our situation and there was no situation.

One of the best service technicians I've had at my house. Carlos Ortiz and his technician called and let me know when they will be arriving and let me know they had 1 customer ahead of me and called me as soon as they were finished to say they were on their way. They even asked me if I would like coffee from the deli. I've never had a service tech ask that. Their work was excellent. I had a spring that broke as well as old pulley, hinges and rollers that needed replaced. All parts were available on truck and work was completed within a few hours on a very hot day! I highly recommend Carlos and Precision Door!

Julian was very professional,personable,efficient and thorough. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented and knows his stuff. It is also so nice to see someone who seems to genuinely like and therefore excels at his work. So happy with the service. Our door refused to open, but we were just expecting to get the mechanism replaced so that it would operate as before. Instead we ended up with a an upgarded product - I had no idea that a garage door could actually open quietly. All the work was conducted professionally (Carlos was great), on a timely basis and with the price initally quoted being the price we actually paid.

When I called to make an appointment, the woman was so nice and actually followed up with phone calls letting me know the technician was running late on a job but was still coming. I so appreciated that! The technician (Julian Villamor) called to let me know he was on his way and thanked me for my patience. He arrived and was professional, happy, and gave advice on my other garage door that also needs work. I will DEFINATELY be calling back!

On Friday, a cable broke upon closing the garage door. I called Precision and Kelly was most helpful getting a technician scheduled as soon as possible. An appointment was scheduled for the next day Saturday. They kept me updated regarding when the technician would arrive. Carlos arrived and was very pleasant. He checked the operating system and told me that unfortunately a lot of the hardware was showing lots of wear and tear. Of course the estimate to fix everything was much higher than I expected (an unforeseen expense). He offered me a "senior" discount which I qualified and it brought down the cost. He replaced what was needed and then made sure I was satisfied. Very happy with the service and VERY pleased with Carlos. Just wished because I was a return customer that a "loyalty" discount could have been offered as well.

Was able to arrange same day service. Carlos arrived early in the window and explained the problem (excessive use) and the solution which amounted to the replacement of worn major parts ie spring, cable, bearings etc. and restored functionality. Thoroughly impressed. Would highly recommend if given the opportunity.
