I thought I had a remote problem ... it turns out the springs were worn, the cables rusted and .... heaven knows what else. The technician, Carlos Ortiz, was knowledgeable, super pleasant and fixed it all. Awesome !!! Thank you, Precision ....

Some little character got into our garage and decided to dine on the wiring for our door remote! I went online saw the good reviews for Precision Door Service, called and Leo the technician was here the following day! He addressed the problem but also accessed another issue with the door! We gave the go ahead and what a difference it made in it's operation! Bottom line, would highly recommend Precision Door and ask for Leo who services homes in Fairfield County!

My old garage door opener was broken and I wasn't sure whether it could be repaired, but was hoping so because budget was a big concern. Brian the technician was professional, very pleasant and super efficient! He didn't have the part on his truck, so he called the warehouse and they didn't have it either. Given that it was a very old part, and LiftMaster has been behind in restocking old parts amid the pandemic, he suggested replacing the motor, sensors and keypad using the existing chain system. It was a more affordable solution than upgrading to an entirely new system. He didn't have the right motor in his truck, so he called and found a colleague nearby who had one and delivered one right away so Brian could get the work done. Very happy with the service.

Very nice service person. Fixed our garage door opener and took rider for new garage door. The only downside is that we may have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for new door.

Great service. Moderately upsold but frankly I needed it. Great technician (Sonny, who has a rescue dog) who could play the part of Alan Arkin as a young man. Serviced the other door and got both cars working both doors. Prompt. Clean. Polite. Hearty recco. Dirt dirt cheap, no, but good value in my view. Would use again but hopefully won't need to!

I had my garage door installed by Precision 5 years ago, and had a spring malfunction late in the evening this week. I appreciate that the call center is open 24/7, and that they were able to send out a repairman the next day. And, it was covered under the warranty. I highly recommend their company.

Came within 24 hours and fixed the problem. They also undertook a thorough assessment of the door closer and recommended some options to improve its operation and longevity, which we agreed upon. Very friendly and efficient service. Not inexpensive, but worth it. Thanks.
