Requested same day service, my left side spring and cables snapped. Leo R came on-time (actually called to see if earlier worked since ahead of schedule), assessed the situation and gave me an upfront quote. Mentioned what needed immediate repairs and what could wait. Went with a full replacement of springs, cables and rollers. Extremely nice guy, and quality work. Would definitely use Precision again if ever needed.

Roberto Clerigo was the technician. He phoned to tell me he would be a bit late. Showed up as promised. He was polite, diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Also helped out on a broken wireless opener which he replaced. Good job.

He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my garage door and fixed the issue without delay. I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept “bankers hours” and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door. We agreed upon a repair and my problem was fixed. I was very happy with my outcome, and will call Percussion Door in the future if the need arises.

We needed an emergency repair on our garage door. The office staff was very polite and efficient and promised to get a technician to us by the end of the day. Despite very bad weather, Travis arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions, and did not leave until he was certain that not only the repair was done to full satisfaction, but that the entire system was working well. We were very pleased with the experience and will definitely recommend this company.

Precision Door Service is the best service I have found. They have maintained and repaired my over-sized and very heavy wooden double garage door for 2 years now.
