Definitely a 5+!!! After contacting the company I received a phone call from Leo within minutes and scheduled an appointment. I chose the company based on the Yellow pages ad since it is a Liftmaster authorized dealer, has 24 hour emergency service and gives a senior discount. I loved that I got a confirmation of my appointment by email and was able to see that Leo was my repairman and read all his great reviews. Leo and his assistant Julian lived up to my expectations. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with us. So far, so good!!! Feeling very confident that we will use Precision Garage Doors for any future needs and highly recommend Leo! Leo Rosado just finished at our house. Our issue was hard to reproduce but he performed many diagnostics and explained to me everything he was looking for. He recommended several possible fixes for our problem and then left the decision up to me. He replaced a few components and it now seems as though things are working fine.

Requested same day service, my left side spring and cables snapped. Leo R came on-time (actually called to see if earlier worked since ahead of schedule), assessed the situation and gave me an upfront quote. Mentioned what needed immediate repairs and what could wait. Went with a full replacement of springs, cables and rollers. Extremely nice guy, and quality work. Would definitely use Precision again if ever needed.

Needed service and saw your website after. Google search. Chose to call you for your claim 24/7 within 4 hrs guaranteed. After calling, your customer service person claimed there wouldn't be anyone available till Monday. I was disappointed and ticked off after my interpretation of your web site. I thought it was really misleading. However your customer rep put me on hold and was able to fined one of your technicians Leo to come out by 3:30. I was happy at the reply. Turns out my out let has broken where door opener is plugged in. Leo helped me get things set up till I have an electrician repair the outlet. We called Precision when our garage door opener quit unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon. It happened to be one of the coldest weekends we've had so far this winter. I was excited to learn that their technicians work on Sundays at no additional charge. Brian came the next day, after calling to let me know he would be running late, and again to tell me he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely polite, and gave us his opinion regarding repairing versus replacing our 13 year old unit. We opted to replace and Brian set to work in our freezing garage for 1 1/2 hours to get us working again. We were 100% satisfied with our experience and will definitely call Precision to replace our other door (when it is warmer weather, of course!).
