I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life. One of our two garage door openers quit. On Saturday, I called a local company that I had used in the past and never received the courtesy of a return call. Our neighbor had used Precision and was very satisfied. I went on your website today, Sunday, and saw "Let's Chat." Someone responded immediately and, as a result, an appointment was made for a service call a few hours later. Michael was at our home at the appointment time. After seeing the situation and giving us an estimate for the work, which I thought was more than fair, he replaced our two openers and installed new rollers . . . all about 4 hours after the "Chat" on a Sunday morning. I am impressed. It was clear that Michael enjoys his work and completed it in a very professional manner. I could not be more pleased with the competency of your technician, Michael. Recently purchased a garage door from another vendor, within a short time I had to call them to come out twice to fix problems. Then called again and had to wait about a week before they would come out to do other work. I could not access my garage door( which I explained to them) I basically need to use everyday. I called vendor told them I was going with Precision garage door co. Good thing I did. Technician Michael Ganning came out, he was polite, courteous and showed me what needed to be done in terms of broken garage door springs, cable wiring, hinges, etc. He replaced all work in about 3 hrs.
