Best Experience I ever had with a company. Joey Resto was great. Called me in the morning and let me know the timeline (even offered to bring me coffee when he was on his way) Gave me three different options with different prices. He was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. Once I agreed to the one of the options the work was done immediately and job was completed in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company (especially Joey!)_

I somehow lost my comments, so if the other one actual got sent sorry for duplicate but I wanted to insure that you got my review. Right from the start of placing a service call to the completion of the job, I cannot find anything negative to say. Joey my service tech was a very warm and personable young man. He explained step by step what he did and what my options were. It was not a hard “sell” as most people try, and I appreciated that. It was really a no brainer to actually get a new system since my current one was on borrowed time. So actually I saved money by being proactive. I know how hard it is to find techs since we have an HVAC company and I surely would value Joey. He called a couple of times to keep me informed when he would be here and also offered to get me a cup of coffee! How sweet was that! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and presented himself very well. I thank you for your service and would not hesitate to refer your company in a heart beat!

The technician, Joey Resto, was excellent. He was warm, friendly and very professional. He explained everything: the problem we were having, why we were having it and alternate solutions. He worked conscentiously and cleaned up well afterwards. He took time to clearly explain the new garage opener mechanism, its features and operations. We were very pleased with the repair and replacement experience, Precision Door Service and the Technician, Joey. They and he made an unfortunate situation, a needed major repair, very acceptable.

The technician, Joey did a good job in analyzing the issues of our attached garage, adequately explained these to me and provided me with some options on how to resolve these taking into account my plans for the house, the cost, and improvements. So I was happy with that. He was also very courteous, knew his job well, and took the time to work on the garage and not rushing to finish. He also was receptive to my ideas and responded to my questions. And he has all the materials in his van so I thought that was a very efficient way of working. I would recommend Joey and Precision Garage, whose flyer I found in the mailed in ads. Thank you.

After the need to schedule an additional installation appointment, the work was finalized and the results quite satisfactory. I give Precision 5 stars from start to finish. I am a big fan of technology and Precision's use of it is great. Starting with the inquiry process on the web site a rep followed up to book a site visit the same day. On the Saturday of our appointment our family received an email and a text letting us know our sales rep Mike Ganning was on his way. He arrived on the dot (an A++ plus for punctuality). Mike was vital in helping my husband and I pick the right product. We were looking to purchase a wood grain and he gave us some great insights on which product would best fit our needs. He also does installs so he had a lot to say about that process - he did a really great job educating us as first time garage door buyers. He was patient with my many questions. On the day of the install, again we received text messages and emails letting us know that Rudy D and Julian Z were on their way. As a mom putting managing getting everyone out the door for the day it was amazing to know when our team was arriving. Julian and Rudy were on prompt, polite and professional. They gave me the rundown on the install upon arrival, finished exactly when they said they would (about 4 hours from start to finish on a set of double doors), left the place totally clean, and walked me through the instructions for the keypad and remotes (which are both super easy!). Two tiny notes. I wanted to visit the showroom in Mamaroneck prior to placing my final order. I didn't realize it was appointment only - it was super easy to make one, but I am glad I just didn't pop in. The only other way they could improve is sending you a text with your estimated install date. Not the biggest deal since I was able to get touch with Mike in a pinch, but it's the only tweak I would recommend. Bravo Precision - thank you!

I have to write this review since I got such great service. I called up for an appointment and they had appointments available right away as of the week I called (in today's day and age this is not super common). The person on the phone that I spoke to, Hilal, was very courteous and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and was nothing but great. The technician I had, Luke Stachura, could not have been better. Answered any and all questions (and I had a lot), and took care of everything I needed done with the utmost efficiency and professionalism (while it was about 97 degrees out as well). For reference, the services I got performed were a garage door hardware rebuild (new springs, pulleys, and vinyl rollers installed that were much quieter) as well as two new garage door openers installed for both garages. The service was definitely not cheap, but did not feel overpriced for the work being performed and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Hilal and Luke (and precision of course)!
