John Delpiu is a very experienced professional technician. He arrived on time and concise in his repair methods to both diagnose the problem and in detail fully explain what the issues are. He also provided me several options to choose from in order to properly fix them. This company from what I have seen prides itself on customer service. I had an unexpected surprise this morning when I entered my garage to see a seriously hung garage door. Needing to get to work, I called Percision hoping I would get lucky. They were open early and handled my request quickly and efficiently. Our service Representative, Luke Stachura, was on time, professional, clean with his work and very accommodating and explained each step he took to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend your company and was very satisfied with the repairs and cost was very reasonable for the level of service received.

My garage door spring broke. Called up Precision and got an appointment the next day. Luke from Precision showed up and inspected and gave us the proper recommendation for repair. Luke was equipped with all the parts to do the repair. I am very pleased with his performance and the job he did on my garage doors. Quick response. 4 hour window for appt is never ideal, but Jessie called to let me know progress, which allowed me to do an errand while waiting. Knowledgeable and professional service. Explained issue and made recommendation, which we went with and because they carry equipment with them, it was replaced on the spot. New opener is light years better than the old one was!

Luke was great to work with, fast and even happened to have the replacement logic board he needed for my door! He reprogrammed all of the openers and explained everything well. Highly recommend him!
