I just had my garage door repaired by Precision doors and the service was great. The technician was very professional, he went over all the parts and explained what should be done. All of the hardware was replaced, the technician explained everything that was done and adjusted the door opener. The door works great, you can hardly hear it when it is used. What a great job, the technician was fantastic very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Tech called on time and did a detailed inspection of the door and correctly IDed the problem: not a broken torsion spring (my diagnosis) but an old mechanical system needing replacement which he did in 13 degree weather in under 2 hrs!. EXCELLENT on all counts!!! Appointment was scheduled quickly. Email and text updates are well designed and extremely informative. Our technician, Jared, called to let us know he was on his way. Jared was very polite and super competent. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door opener, installed the required circuit board and wall controller. After the install, the second garage door refused to cooperate! Jared again went into troubleshoot mode and solved the problem! We are very pleased with the customer service and the work performed.
