In March 2017, I had Precision Overhead Garage Doors install 2 Doors. On October 30, 2018, the lock assemblies came loose and the handles on both doors were falling off. The technician Luke Stachura explained to me the reason. Quite simply, when the door lock assembly was installed, the cylinder was not centered properly. As for the handles, the bolts had nothing to grip onto because the doors are hollow at the bottom. Luke, drove the bolts straight thru to the the inside and then fastened a nut to secure each handle. In my opinion, Luke should be a supervisor training the technicians. Luke, knew exactly what needed to be executed to resolve both issues. We are extremely pleased with the resolution implemented.

Door install went ok. 2nd tech showed up hours later and a 3rd guy sat in my driveway on the cell phone most of the day, it was a manager who never introduced himself to a paying customer...RUDE. 3 of the insulation panels had kinks in them and the installation tech told me that he made a note of it and someone would get back to me to put them in....that was months ago still no body has called or showed up to replace the insulation panels. Fast to ask for the 2nd payment of the job and then they forget you if it's a warranty item. My advice if there's anything wrong with the doors when they show up after the install...dont pay the 2nd half of the payment until all work and materials are installed and see how fast then they come back. I paid 3400 for this job so I expected perfect materials as promised....next time shop around.

We chose Precision because they had such good customer reviews. They scheduled our visit quickly at our convenience. We have a 2 car garage but only had 1 garage door opener (that was 19 years old). Prices were reasonable including installation so we decided to purchase 2 belt drive units and they are much more quiet than our previous unit and working out great. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Precision Door Service was excellent and my technician, Jared Wentzel was outstanding! He called to notify me of his arrival, he was on-time, he reviewed the situation and made the proper recommendations and he repaired my garage door very quickly and left my garage clean. I recommend getting their rebuild package with the 10yr warranty...for a little more money you receive a complete rebuild and years of protection. I highly recommend them - Nick in Middle Hope.....

I called Precision and they came out the same day. I've never had a call back on the same day from anyone so we were impressed. Jared checked and troubleshooted the system . Upon replacing parts it was determined that a new unit was needed. What a great find! Our garage door came unhinged from the rails, and it was a matter of time before this 18' door collapsed on my car. Jesse P. was sent over to save the day! He was very professional, explained to me the situation and gave me the amount of what it would cost to fix it. In addition, he suggested I change the rails on the entire garage door if I wanted to eliminate the noise. He wasn't kidding, my garage door for the past decade always sounded like Jacob Marley's chains in Charles Dicken's, A Christmas Carol. I always thought that noise was normal. Boy was I wrong! Ha! Now, my husband can come in through the garage and not wake up my 19 month old since the garage door is so silent. He upgraded me to a lift master that I can operate from my vehicle and I feel like I am up to date with the tech society. Thank you Jesse and thank you Precision for giving us such excellent service.
