Leo was the gentleman who performed the service on our garage door. He replaced rollers, springs and cables on our broken door. He not only did an excellent job, he took the time to explain all of his work. He did give me options also. I would highly recommend Leo and Precision Door Service.

Brian was the Installer who came to my home, Was having issue with the signal range for the garage. You had to be right on top to get the door to respond to opening/closing from the car or keypad. Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly as well greased and adjust the belts on the door. This was done without me asking. He just noticed that it needed the adjustment. One of the best service calls that I ever had. They are my preferred vendor of choice for garage assistance. Brian was great!!

Leo Rosado just finished at our house. Our issue was hard to reproduce but he performed many diagnostics and explained to me everything he was looking for. He recommended several possible fixes for our problem and then left the decision up to me. He replaced a few components and it now seems as though things are working fine.

Great experience with my repair. The technician called en route to keep me apprised of his arrival time, evaluated the issue with the doors and suggested the required repairs and executed the work right away. Doors work like new now!

Had the same 5-star service other people have experienced, which is why I selected Precision and am writing this review. Called late morning and was able to get same day service. Brian did the repairs, calling well ahead of the scheduled time to let me know a more exact arrival time than the original 4-hour window—then called again about 25 mins before to confirm. He did a thorough review, quoted the options, then immediately performed the repair as well as lubed/tightened/etc. Prices about what you would expect but really great service, happy to recommend.

Brian phoned me before he arrived. He asked appropriate questions and spotted one problem immediately and stopped the movement of the garage door to assess further. A cable was so worn it looked like dental floss! He explained to me his goals to fix the door. He was courteous and detailed. I would highly recommend him. 5 star rating. Other estimates I had previously included replacing the door and tracks. Precision replaced the rollers and installed the motor with no difficulty and the door works perfectly. I would definitely recommend thier service.
