Travis was wonderful to work with. He's serviced the doors in the past and was very familiar with our home. He offered 2 solutions to solve the problem and was very clear with the cost for both which allowed us to make the best decision on how to fix the problem. I wasn't expecting an appointment because of the holiday weekend, so I was pleasantly surprised. My repair was done in the time frame given and very fast and thorough. Also knowing ahead of time of the person coming to your home is a nice touch. Will definitely refer family and friends to Precision.

My garage door system was old and in need of repair. I found Precision Door on Google and took the risk calling them. Thank goodness I did. Their technician, Travis, was excellent. He explained what was wrong with my system and provided options to upgrade/repair it. He did the work expertly and quickly and we now have garage doors that work perfectly and are MUCH quieter. We found Precision on the Internet, read the reviews, and after speaking with a few other companies we decided to give Precision a try. Our decision was also based on the professionalism and knowledge of the customer service associate I spoke to. I now regret not taking down her name as she was extremely helpful. Bottom line, we are very pleased with our decision. Travis Thornton was the service technician who serviced our door and showed us the same courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge we first experienced over the phone. I would most definitely call Precision again should we need them in the future, and we highly recommend their services. Thanks Precision for a well done and affordable job.

I thought the service I received was excellent. I called and within an hour I had a technician arrive at my house. My technician, Travis, was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to explain what was wrong with the garage in a way I could understand and repaired it thoroughly and properly.

Fantastic. Said they would be here between 8-12. I got a call about 8:15 and Justin said he'd be here in 10-15 minutes. He was. He analyzed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes or so. But here is the real news. He figured out that the reason the door was sticking was because I had painted the wall beside the track, not the track itself, and that was preventing the track from flexing enough to allow the door to close smoothly. I think that was fantastic, real service and knowledge! Way to go Justin.

You installed my Liftmaster 2 years ago and I thought it was a job well done. I believe Travis did that installation. This time I required a service call to repair the wall button. I found your technician, Darren, to be very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. You have very good technicians I would definitely call Precision again for all of my garage door needs.

I had a new garage door opener installed a year go with Precision Door. Their customer service staff is friendly and very accommodating. The service is fast and efficient and I have been extremely happy with all of my interactions with Precision Door technicians and customer service staff.
