Brian was the Installer who came to my home, Was having issue with the signal range for the garage. You had to be right on top to get the door to respond to opening/closing from the car or keypad. Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly as well greased and adjust the belts on the door. This was done without me asking. He just noticed that it needed the adjustment. One of the best service calls that I ever had. They are my preferred vendor of choice for garage assistance. Brian was great!!

Brian phoned me before he arrived. He asked appropriate questions and spotted one problem immediately and stopped the movement of the garage door to assess further. A cable was so worn it looked like dental floss! He explained to me his goals to fix the door. He was courteous and detailed. I would highly recommend him. 5 star rating. Francisco did a great job inspecting the door and explaining the options to repair a broken cable on my old garage door. He not only did a quick and good repair, he lubricated the rollers, making door better than before the cable broke. He was fast too, and neat. I felt the charge for the work was reasonable.

I was having issues with my garage door opener, and I, like most folks, started to search on-line to find a repair person. My first two choices kept “bankers hours” and could not help me after work or on the weekend. Next, I called Percussion Door; they promptly scheduled a Saturday appointment for me to perform the door repair. The service technician that came to perform the repair, was extremely contentious, and gave me several repair options for my problem door. We agreed upon a repair and my problem was fixed. I was very happy with my outcome, and will call Percussion Door in the future if the need arises.

We needed an emergency repair on our garage door. The office staff was very polite and efficient and promised to get a technician to us by the end of the day. Despite very bad weather, Travis arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and very professional. Travis T is the technician who arrived at my home this morning, right on time, to service my non-functioning garage door opener. He worked in a freezing cold garage on a day where the outside temperature is zero degrees without a complaint and installed a replacement garage door opener (our old one was 16 years old) in less than an hour. He explained our options before he got started, did not apply any pressure to make any particular choice, and left us with a perfectly running door opener, key pad and remote at a reasonable, affordable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Travis and Precision Door Service to friends and relatives. As a matter of fact I sent Travis to visit my next door neighbor who called me when he saw the truck in my driveway because he has been having problems with his garage door as well.

Great service. Travis arrived on time to replace springs and safety cables on one my garage doors. He made several recommendations and performed the repair I requested. He was professional, courteous and made the repairs efficiently and in a timely fashion, and was finished within a half hour.
